Africa needs radical policy and paradigm shift in the areas of health, education, agriculture and food security, climate change and it’s impacts, information and communication technology, demography, and workforce in order to achieve the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Consistent with vision 2030 Agenda, the major intersecting thematic areas for the QAD Conference 2019 outlined below will serve as a guide to focus the conference contributions. We welcome abstracts on all topics on Africa and diaspora from all disciplines and perspectives, including, multidisciplinary and global perspectives.
Topics and instruction for abstract
The Queen’s Africa and Diaspora Group presents the Queen’s Africa and Diaspora (QAD) Conference. QAD Conference 2019 welcomes abstracts on all topics from a multidisciplinary and global perspective that contributes to sustainable growth, development and research in Africa and Diaspora. For orientation, these are some themes of the conference:

The deadline for the call for abstracts has been extended from August 23rd to August 31st, 2019. Author(s) of accepted abstracts will be notified by September 3rd, 2019
